I was looking for a good hairdresser, found an amazing hairdresser Kirsten. Kirsten was lovely and personal, took her time to listen and gave her expertise. My hair looks the best it ever has and the haircut was perfect for my face. Very passionate and professional. I already have my next appointment booked.

It is a beautiful salon and they cut my 11 year old daughter's hair with great care. I gave a 4 though because I haven't been to a hair dresser before who didn't get the mum involved before the cut. She asked my daughter what she wanted and I felt ignored. When I approached her to say can I have it higher, she suggested that that's a huge amount. She then went on yo say that what I pointed to was the same as what she was going to do anyway (which it wasn't). She also made a comment to my daughter making it feel like it was them against me. I did comment to her at the end about how I felt and I hope from this review, they might just ask the question 'and what do you think mum?'. This gives credit to the mum that they have a good relationship with their daughter and they can talk things through to get one they both agree on. Anyway, I don't know if it was a one off. As I said, hair cut was genuinely great.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish ✨ My colour turned out beautifully, the service was excellent, and the products used smelt divine. Every staff member was so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel really special. The extra touches especially the cheese and sweets platter were such a treat and really elevated the visit. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back! 🤍
